Qualifications And Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding the academy's programs and services
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain records of visitor access and ensure security procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
