Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Sevakh Global in Kochi. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • English and Malayalam proficiency are necessary.
  • Tamil and Hindi proficiency are add on.
  • Computer Literacy proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Graduation / Diploma or equivalent
