Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Copper Leaf Hotels. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy. Duties include welcoming guests, managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service.
