- Urgently looking for a Front Desk Counsellor for a reputed international gym.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WALK-IN CLIENT/MEMBER HANDLING
There will be monthly sales target.
Locations:- New Alipore/ Saltlake / Chinar Park/ Gariahat.
Salary - 10000 to 15000 + incentives
Exp - Min 6 months in B2C Sales
Age - Maximum 33 years
Job Responsibilities:-
- Greet properly and answer client enquires properly as per protocol over call or in person.
- Ensure cleanliness of the reception area and the gym to maintain the brand value of the organization.
- Assist clients with any payment related enquires or cancellation or renewal of membership of the gym
- Manage grievances of the clients.
- Promote Gym membership plans as per training provided to increase the number of valuable clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Taking necessary steps to solve client grievances, if any.
- Collection of payments and other necessary administrative tasks as required.
- Coordination with other team members and departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.
Requirements
- Must have a pleasing personality.
- Must have great communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.
- Must have a go getter attitude.
- Must be able to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Must be a graduate
