Profile: Front Desk Executive/ Receptionist
- Location: Bellary, Karnataka
- Education: Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree Hotel Management, Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Freshers/ Work experience in a Receptionist or Customer Service role, preferably in a hospitality or event management setting. Experience as an airhostess will also be considered

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Receptionist will handle a variety of tasks, including managing check-ins and checkouts, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
Understand Guest Service:
o Greet and welcome guests, attendees, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
o Provide information about the Steel center's services, facilities, and event schedules.
o Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Reception Duties:
o Manage check-ins and check-outs for event attendees and guests.
o Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to appropriate departments or staff members as needed.
o Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
o Process reservations and bookings for rooms, meeting spaces, and other facilities.
o Prepare and distribute event materials and agendas as required.
o Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Coordination and Communication:
o Coordinate with event organizers and internal departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
o Provide support to event staff and vendors as necessary.
o Monitor and manage conference room bookings and schedules.
Security and Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
o Monitor visitor access and maintain a log of guests entering and exiting the convention center.
o Report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
Customer Experience:
o Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality.
o Assist in organizing guest services such as transportation, catering, and special requests.
Strong Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Height should be more than
- 6 inches.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
