Description of Role:
Responding to the telephonic call and carrying out the conversations politely and timely manner.
Handling multiple telephone lines in a timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension.
Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handling them appropriately.
Getting and assisting visitors and Guests.
Department / Executive and responding inbox and case of customer enquiries.
Maintaining discipline in rushing hours.
Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.
Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries.
To do the data entry, prepare presentations, make reports whenever required by the team
Skill Sets Expected:
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Excellent Knowledge of MS- Office software suite
Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks
Ability to work in a team with high people orientation is must
