Greet clients as they arrive, and manage appointment scheduling to ensure efficient salon operations.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability, and manage bookings and cancellations.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, including managing waiting area refreshments and ensuring magazines or other materials are up-to-date.
Maintain accurate client records, including service history and personal preferences, and process payments, including cash and card transactions, efficiently and securely.
Provide exceptional customer service, handle client concerns or complaints professionally, and ensure a positive and pleasant experience for all salon guests.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times to reflect the salon's standards of professionalism and style.
