Front Desk Receptionist

StepOne Diagnostics in Lucknow is a fully computerized diagnostic center offering a wide range of specialized tests, including clinical biochemistry, hematology, electrolyte analysis, and more. They provide safe and prompt home collection of samples and ensure that all specialized tests are conducted on-site. From basic blood tests to comprehensive health checkups, StepOne Diagnostics caters to various health needs.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at StepOne Diagnostics. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients, and providing top-notch customer service. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
