Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it's welcoming to visitors.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges, ensuring compliance with security protocols.- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding the company's services, location, and policies.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
