Job and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile as soon as they arrive at the sales office.
- Maintain a record of visiting guests in the register.
- Responsible for handling customer queries promptly, efficiently, and professionally to fulfill the customer experience department expectation.
- Allocation of fresh clients by coordinating with the sales department
- Ensure and deliver the best customer experience.
- Furnish clients with above and beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Ensure and provide high class professional customer experience also ensure property operates smoothly.
- Promote and maintain good public relations.
- Maintaining the show flat residence and the sample unit in the tower.
- Respond to customer requirements and anticipate the unstated ones.
- Smoothly execute any unplanned visits by coordinating with all the departments.
- Expect and react promptly to customer requirements and inquiries.
- To coordinate with sales team, Project team and CRM Team
- Communicating with all the clients.
