- KarnalThe Front Office Executive/Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, and proactive in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mails
Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Maintain and update contact lists and company directories.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide information about the organization and its services.
Address and resolve visitor inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure a positive and professional atmosphere in the reception area
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with onboarding new employees and visitors.
Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
