Bachelor's degree in any field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
- Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one other regional language.
- Preferred skills and qualifications
12 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.- Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
