Job Description

Job Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Bangalore

experience:Freshers to 2+ years

Languages: English, Kannada,Hindi

(Female only)

Responsibility:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments and meetings; assist in booking meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Provide general information about the company, products, services, or events.
  • Monitor security access points and manage visitor sign-in and badges.
Assist with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments for organizing meetings or resolving issues.
* Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Day shift
