Job Description

Role - Front Desk Receptionist

Experience - 1 to 5 years

Location - Mumbai (Churchgate)

Working days - Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)

Work time - 9.15 am to 6.15 pm

Responsibilities -

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Follow VMS system for visitor's entry.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person/Cabin and arrange refreshments for them.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, Flowers and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
  • Order Stationery, Housekeeping & Pantry material and keep inventory of stock.
  • Cabin, Conference booking for HOD's or employees as per requirement along with Parking.
  • Responsible for providing information about the services of the organization.
  • Office and Pantry staff attendance, OD, and reimbursement verification.

Skills required -

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications
