Role - Front Desk Receptionist
Experience - 1 to 5 years
Location - Mumbai (Churchgate)
Working days - Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
Work time - 9.15 am to 6.15 pm
Responsibilities -
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Follow VMS system for visitor's entry.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person/Cabin and arrange refreshments for them.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, Flowers and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
- Order Stationery, Housekeeping & Pantry material and keep inventory of stock.
- Cabin, Conference booking for HOD's or employees as per requirement along with Parking.
- Responsible for providing information about the services of the organization.
- Office and Pantry staff attendance, OD, and reimbursement verification.

- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications
