Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
o Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
o Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
o Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
o Handle visitor badges, sign-in sheets, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Administrative Support:
o Manage scheduling for conference rooms and meeting spaces.
o Assist in coordinating and organizing office events and meetings.
o Perform general administrative tasks
o Provide information and assistance to clients, staff.
o Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
o Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, representing the company's values.
Office Coordination:
o Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Record Keeping:
o Maintain and update contact lists and other relevant records.
o Birthday wish creation.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Experience: Previous experience in a front office or guest relations role is highly desirable.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Professional appearance and demeanor.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
