Job Description: Promptly greet & welcome customers, guests, clients, vendors, employees and ensure swift & appropriate time office/reception formalities.
Ensure prompt assistance & guidance to the visitors & guests as per company's standard operating procedure (SOP) and other office protocols.
Attend to all calls in a professional manner & also as per company's standard operating procedure (SOP) and forward it to concerned department/person.
Update and maintain all front desk registers with appropriate entries.
Monitor the Attendance Registers and other employee related log books and ensure that the people related processes are being strictly followed. Report accordingly to HR.
Maintain required supplies and stationery and ensure effective inventory management.
Ensure upkeep & cleanliness of front desk, all the equipment and also ensure that it is manned at all times.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
