Job Description:We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, managing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordination of meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and manage the visitor log.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (2-3 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:- Previous experience in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
