Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;
Maintain office procedures and policies, ensuring they align with company standards;- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels;
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations when needed;
- Handle administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry;
Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and overseeing mail and deliveries;- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events;
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies;
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external queries, directing them to the appropriate departments;
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations; Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (we prefer freshers or someone with experience of 6-12 months)
Candidate should be presentable with Excellent verbal communication
- Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized and resourceful Active listener
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
