Position Summary: Grewal Eye Institute is seeking a confident and articulate Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, along with a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will be a graduate capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter patient data into the software.
- Manage cash transactions and issue receipts.
- Address patient queries and provide information.
- Maintain stock of stationery at the reception.
- Transfer patients to the appropriate examination rooms.
- Register patients based on scheduled appointments.
- Prioritize registration for vulnerable patients.
- Explain general consent and obtain signatures.
- Communicate patient rights and responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with medical staff for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
