Job Description

Role:- Front desk Executive

Exp:- 1-2 yrs
  • Only female can apply

A front desk executive's responsibilities can vary depending on the industry and the company, but may include:
  • Greeting clients: Creating a positive office atmosphere and welcoming visitors
Answering phones: Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
  • Managing records: Organizing and maintaining files, spreadsheets, and documents
Handling mail: Overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail
  • Operating office equipment: Using photocopiers, printers, and other office equipment
Providing customer service: Handling basic inquiries, addressing complaints, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Other tasks :
Recording meeting minutes and dictations
  • Monitoring employee attendance
Making calls to employees or potential employees
  • Guiding guests and issuing guest badges
Refilling office supplies
  • Maintaining discipline in guest areas
Demonstrating ethical behavior
  • Checking operations daily
communication skills should be good.
