Job Description

Summary:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees as needed.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor entry and exit.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow.
  • Address and resolve any guest or visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Needed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
