Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Cum Office Assistant to join our team at B+m Surface Systems GmbH. As a Front Desk Cum Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in automotive engineering or a related industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Support Accounts, HR and Admin functions in various tasks
  • Housekeeping Supervision
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Look after General Office maintenance and repair
  • Manage and update relevant databases and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Active participation in office engagement activities.
