Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator at ALFEN. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for receptionist duties, appointment scheduling, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will handle phone calls, greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Administrative Assistance tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Degree or certification in Hospitality or related field is a plus
