Front office/Admin
Job Summary
Front office administrator provides administrative support to the other key staff to include light bookkeeping, secretarial-style support using Microsoft Office tools, and production of reports and presentations.
Roles And Responsibilities
Assures full ownership for front office (FO) responsibilities and coordinate e2e activities including the involved near- and offshore partners
Assures interface between support sales, support business, delivery, Back Office, Process development and the customer
Assures the admin responsibility for the realization of individual contracts
Welcoming all visitors and registering them at reception with professionalism
Typing presentation materials and other various documents
Coordinating shipping and receiving, including courier services and providing status report of such arrangement when necessary
Orchestrating the management of office equipment and vendor relations, arranging repair and servicing when necessary
Responsible for answering external and internal calls and relaying accurate messages
Managing and maintaining meeting rooms bookings
Requirements
Proven experience as a Admin/Front office with (0-1 years) experience.
Any Graduate. PG will be an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of MS Office
