Should able to:
Greet and welcome guests / employees as soon as they arrive at office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone call/email with regards to chit enquiries.
Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up sessions as and when required.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Collect cash/cheque from customers and hand over to Manager.
Generate receipt for payment received from customers, update payment details in the passbook, take Manager / Foremans signature and hand over pass book and receipt to customers.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor visitor logbook, daily attendance register, issue visitor badges, etc.,)
Update calendar and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations as and when required and prepare travel vouchers
Perform other clerical / receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing as per updates received from higher management
Education Qualification:
Any Degree
Fluency in English & Kannada (verbal & written)
Good Communication skills
Experience will be an added advantage
