- Responsible for handling IT and non-IT requisitions from US-based clients.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting source, qualify, interview, offer, negotiate, and close positions.
- Procure people for different IT/NON-IT/ HEALTHCARE/ ENGINEERING/ PHARMA Requirements.
- Source from job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skills and career goals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, and follow up after meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and manage all facets of the placement process.
- Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT /Non-it technologies.
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
