Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Day to Day Responsibilities
Greet customers and offer them menus and beverages Take orders and deliver food and drinks to customers

Comply with all safety and sanitation standards and procedures Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
