Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and drivers
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Assist with network and server administration tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document and update technical procedures and manuals
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with desktop and mobile hardware components
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
