Description
We are seeking a Freshers BPO with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Entering customer information into the company database accurately
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus, but not mandatory
