Job Description

We are looking for enthusiasts and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to learn how businesses & organizations work.

You will be working closely with the chief executive to understand the system here at LeapForWord, & will get an opportunity to come up with product models & probable solutions in the form of exciting new projects. Primary responsibilities will include working across central departments for Institutional Fundraising, HR Management, Financial Management, Legal Compliance, and any/all matters that need specific attention.

With learning as the core driver, we believe this role will give you a ringside view of Organizational building, Product development & Model design, while execution will be a major part of your role.

Candidate requirements

Bachelor s degree in any field (FRESHERS ONLY: 0-12 months)

Consistent good academic records are a must

Good computer skills, especially Excel & Word

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English Language is a prerequisite

Problem solving capabilities

Organizational and time-management skills

Decision making skills

An unquenchable urge to keep learning

Remuneration and Benefits

The pay will be at par with the standard pay for similar roles in the social sector.During the mandatory 3 months probation period, compensation would be in the form of professional fees.
