Roles and Responsibilities -
- We are looking for a to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products or services to customers.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with appropriate solutions.- Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving customer problems effectively.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Adhere to established communication scripts and processes.- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Educational Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree is preferred.Experience:
Prior experience in a voice process (inbound or outbound) is an advantage.Skills:- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes.- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Good command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.Personal Qualities:
Patience and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
