Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher/Intern Instructional Designer located in Pune. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing the learning management system, and creating curriculum. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in needs analysis and instructional design
• Ability to create engaging curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Degree in Instructional Design/ PG Degree in English, or related field
