Fresher Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics for various platforms.
- Assist in the development of visual materials for marketing campaigns.
- Design social media graphics and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
- Support the production of printed materials, including brochures and flyers.
- Ensure all designs align with branding guidelines and project goals.
- Stay updated with current design trends and tools.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from senior designers and team members.
- Maintain organized project files and document all creative assets.
- Assist in preparing presentations and pitch materials for clients.
- Develop layout and visual hierarchy for web and print design.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and deadlines.
- Contribute to the creation of infographics and other visual content.
- Support the team in executing design-related tasks as needed.
- Help maintain the studio's design library and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (academic projects are acceptable).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
