Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Engineer at Workassist located in Pune. As a Fresher Engineer, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to engineering projects. This includes assisting senior engineers, conducting research, developing design concepts, performing calculations and analysis, participating in team meetings and discussions, and implementing engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and concepts
• Proficiency in technical skills relevant to the engineering field
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
