About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering. This role requires travel to client sites to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing operation of Cutting machines.
Assist in the installation and configuration of cutting machines at client sites, ensuring they are set up according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, assisting in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machine performance and software integration.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of cutting machines, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and materials.- Maintain detailed records of installations, service visits, and client interactions, preparing and submitting service reports that include issues encountered and solutions implemented.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during installation and service activities, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, and promoting safe working practices among clients and within the team.
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
