nJob Description:
nOnboarding American restaurateurs on our Client's platform by pitching, convincing, and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages.
nResponsibilities:
- nShift and schedule adherence.
- nTimely follow-ups and schedule callbacks to customers where necessary.
- nSet high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for completing assignments/tasks.
- nMake advertisers and their needs a primary focus of his/her actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
- nDisplay expertise and thorough understanding of products and processes.
- nEscalate problems/issues to the Supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted.
- nMeet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
- nProactive communication with advertisers and stakeholders.
- nStrict adherence to company policies and processes.
- nEffective use of tools.
nCompetencies:
- nB2,C1 or C2 certified in French.
- n1-3 years of experience in handling French Calls.
- nDriving For Results: Challenging, pushing the organization and themselves to excel and achieve.
- nPipeline Creation/Lead Generation.
