nJob Description:
nOnboarding American restaurateurs on our Client's platform by pitching, convincing, and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages.
nResponsibilities:
  • nShift and schedule adherence.
  • nTimely follow-ups and schedule callbacks to customers where necessary.
  • nSet high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for completing assignments/tasks.
  • nMake advertisers and their needs a primary focus of his/her actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
  • nDisplay expertise and thorough understanding of products and processes.
  • nEscalate problems/issues to the Supervisor / Technical Experts when warranted.
  • nMeet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • nProactive communication with advertisers and stakeholders.
  • nStrict adherence to company policies and processes.
  • nEffective use of tools.
nCompetencies:
  • nB2,C1 or C2 certified in French.
  • n1-3 years of experience in handling French Calls.
  • nDriving For Results: Challenging, pushing the organization and themselves to excel and achieve.
  • nPipeline Creation/Lead Generation.
  • nCustomer Success: Doing the right thing for customers.
  • nSelf-motivated: Inspiring, enthusiastic, and passionate about doing a good job.
  • nStrategic Planning: Able to strategize well
  • nPlanning And Organizing: Effectively organizing and planning work according to organizational needs by defining objectives and anticipating needs and priorities.
  • nDecision Making: Making good decisions in a timely and confident manner
  • nInterpersonal Communication: Communicating clearly and effectively with people inside and outside of the organization.
  • nBusiness Acumen: Understanding of business and concepts, and using both general and specific knowledge to be effective.
  • nAgility: Displaying agility in thoughts, decision-making, and change management.
  • nResilient & self-driven: A proactive & never give up attitude.
nSkill Set:
  • nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • nStrong phone presence.
  • nStrong presentation skills at all levels.
  • nProven negotiation skills.
  • nAnalytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking.
  • nStrong problem-solving ability.
  • nAny graduation/ Diploma (10+2+3).
  • nInside Sales experience.
  • nKnowledge in Digital Marketing.
  • nShould be flexible working in shift.
