Job Description:
- Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & French)
- Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Required Skill set:
- Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & French)
- Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
- Good Communication Skills is required
- Candidate should be a good listener
- Candidates with certification in French Language, French Language trainers, French Language Associate, Customer support French Language will be given high preference
- Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking French and English Language
- Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
