Roles and Responsibility:
Receive, review, resolve, and respond to all invoice inquiries and disputed invoices.
Independently make decisions regarding dispute outcomes based on defined policies and operating practices.
Address the root cause with necessary stakeholders to resolve and prevent future issues.
Proactively problem solve, seek out root causes, and recommend actions for correction.
Interpret and explain service contracts, tariffs, and agreements and apply relevant policies and procedures.
Cancel or adjust invoices as necessary and return the revised invoice to the customer.
Participate in conference calls with Customers, Sales, and Management.
Act as the point of contact to communicate dispute status for a customer portfolio.
Be involved with the Finance and Collections team to facilitate collections efforts.
Communicate with all external and internal departments at all levels of management.
Perform in-depth research and reporting on all disputed cases.
Actively monitor the dashboard to ensure KPIs are met.
