Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sourcing Recruiter to join the team in North Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting for the freight forwarding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new hires and help them integrate into the company culture.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing for freight forwarding roles required.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong decision-making skills required.
