Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive/ Manager

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Experience: 3+ years in the freight forwarding industry in Sales & BD department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
  • Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiative.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.
  • Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationship.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
  • Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment.
