Position: Business Development Executive/ Manager
Location: Mumbai & Pune
Experience: 3+ years in the freight forwarding industry in Sales & BD department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
- Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiative.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.
- Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationship.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
- Follow up and monitoring customer outstanding payment.
