Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at HART LOGIC. The Freight Broker will be responsible for brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The role involves connecting freight and carriers, ensuring smooth operations, and anticipating client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience required in Freight Brokerage
• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Customer Service experience
• Dispatching skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and practices is beneficial
