Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shipping agents
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and shipping agents
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
