Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. Your role will involve coordinating shipments, managing relationships with carriers and customers, and ensuring smooth operations of the transportation process.

• Customer Service proficiency
• Experience in Dispatching
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the freight industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
