We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, with the ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates for both tech and non-tech positions.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the positions and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Interview Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition to implement best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
