This is a remote position.
Position: Freelancer Technical Recruiter (Domestic Recruitment)
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary: Commission based Only (per placement)
Candidate must have a laptop / desktop with good internet connection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be good with Boolean Search.
- Prior experience with Technical Recruitment in the domestic market is mandatory.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is mandatory.
- Other duties as assigned.
