We are looking to expand the HandE India Global team with high-quality coaches, trainers and consultants adding to its team of certified online and offline Licensees. We are looking for people who are well networked, Passionate about Learning and ones who have a slight edge. HandE is present in over 150 countries and our programs have been enrolled by more than 100K of people.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced freelance Leadership and Business Speaker and Coach to inspire, educate, and motivate audiences in corporate settings, conferences, seminars, and workshops. As a Freelance Leadership and Business Speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, insights, and inspirational stories to help individuals and organizations develop leadership skills, drive business growth, and foster a culture of success.

Job Description:

This is not a salaried job, remuneration per engagement session of 1-2 Hours would be INR 3K to 5K, but the earning potential can be much higher for the right professional with right attitude and a never-ending learning in a global corporate environment.

This is a SELF-EMPLOYED opportunity to sell and coach HandE Programs and Projects to your existing clients or network and a means to help you find new clients, offering them genuinely world-class management and leadership development programs, L&D Strategy or Digital Transformation using the HandE coaching and implementation methodology, that consistently delivers visible better results and outcomes.

You will get a top-class training to get you fully enabled to become a professional as well as high end training and support in conducting consultative sales. Successful candidates will also get certified by HandE Leadership & Management, Learning & Development Management and Business Transformation Program. You can take up it as a full-time opportunity to grow as a professional or as a consultant without leaving the comfort of your present job but maximizing your potential and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Present Engaging and Informative Talks:

  • Deliver compelling and informative speeches and presentations on leadership, business, and related topics.
  • Tailor content to the needs and interests of specific audiences.
  • Utilize effective storytelling techniques to engage and captivate the audience.

Provide Valuable Insights:

  • Share practical insights, strategies, and best practices in leadership, management, and business development.
  • Offer actionable takeaways that audience members can apply in their professional lives.

Engage in Q&A Sessions:

  • Facilitate question-and-answer sessions to address audience inquiries and provide further clarity on the topics discussed.

Customize Presentations:

  • Collaborate with event organizers or clients to customize presentations to align with specific themes or objectives.

Stay Current in Industry Trends:

  • Continuously research and stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in leadership and business.

Networking:

  • Build and maintain a network of contacts in the industry to stay connected and informed about speaking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven Expertise:

  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, management, and business.
  • A track record of successful speaking engagements and presentations.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Inspirational and Motivational:

  • The ability to inspire and motivate audiences to take action and implement positive changes.

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adjust presentations to various audience sizes, industries, and levels of expertise.

Professionalism:

  • Professional demeanor and appearance when representing clients or speaking at events.

Networking:

  • A network of contacts in the business and corporate world is a plus.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in using presentation software and audiovisual equipment.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, leadership, communication) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 plus years of experience in Corporate houses managing functions like HR, Marketing or Strategy
  • Minimum 2 plus years of managerial experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
