We are seeking an experienced and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have
at least two years of experience in bidding for projects on Upwork and will be compensated based on a percentage of the projects won. This role offers the flexibility to work any time of the day or night, making it perfect for freelancers who value flexibility and autonomy.
Identify and Bid on Relevant Projects: Actively search for and identify potential projects on Upwork that align with our company's expertise and services.
- Craft Customized Proposals: Write compelling and tailored proposals to bid on projects, highlighting our strengths and addressing client needs.
Client Communication
: Engage with potential clients, answer queries, and negotiate project terms to secure contracts.Collaborate with Internal Teams
: Coordinate with our team to ensure we can meet the project's requirements and deadlines.Track and Report: Maintain records of all bids, outcomes, and feedback to refine future bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork.
Skills
: Strong writing and communication skills, ability to understand client requirements, and craft personalized proposals.Knowledge
: Familiarity with Upwork's platform, algorithms, and bidding processes.Flexibility: Ability to work any time of the day or night as per the needs of the projects.

The bidder will be compensated on a percentage basis of the total value of the projects won. Specific percentage terms will be discussed during the interview process.
