Position: Student Success Associate (This is a full-time position, work from home)

As a Student Success Associate, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to students, understanding their placement success and needs, covering their success on various platforms, and writing stories about their success journey. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between students and the placement team, ensuring a successful placement experience. This position requires exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and be able to cover student success and their future plans and goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Journalism, Writing, marketing, business administration, or related roles.
• Love speaking to people and discussing their success.
• Willing to work for a full-time, remote opportunity, with a long-term commitment.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Great listening and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening skills with a keen ability to understand instructions quickly and work on them.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High energy levels and enthusiasm.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets and relevant software platforms.
• Commitment to student success and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
• Have advanced research and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with enrolled students, understand their placement success and career paths, Initiate proactive communication, and write success stories of students.
• Work on Google Excel sheets and data sheets to extract data from students.
• Research Linkedin by accessing students linkedin profiles, to check backgrounds and experiences.
• Have advanced Google Excel skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Role:

• Minimum 120 minutes of successful talk time with students per day.
• Check 150+ linkedin profiles of students to extract and compile data.
• Work on compiling Data sheets on Google Excel.
• Work on External Success stories of students not brought by LawSikho
• Work on extra tasks given by your reporting head according to time availability.

Important points to keep in Mind before Applying:

• This is a full-time remote job role, you will work from home, with a work timing of 10:30 am to 8:00 pm (1-hour break according to your flexibility). Saturday is a working day.
• Willing to work on weekends if needed and balance an off on weekdays.
• We work with tracking software, so be willing to work with it.
• You will not be allowed to work anywhere else or even freelance.
