Compensation:

Per Subscription: Earn 30% commission for each partner subscription sold at Rs. 9999/-

Performance Bonus: Additional 10% bonus on total earnings if you achieve consistent performance and reach a target of Rs. 75,000 over a 6-month period

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Freelance Business Development Executive to expand STAMIN's partner network by targeting gyms, fitness clubs, and other health & wellness centers. Your primary role will involve conducting outreach through calls, local visits, and networking to promote STAMIN's platform and sign up partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and make site visits to gyms, fitness clubs, and wellness centers to promote STAMIN's offerings.

Identify potential partners and actively engage with them to present the benefits of partnering with STAMIN.

Build and maintain relationships with fitness industry professionals to expand STAMIN's network.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for partner sign-ups.

Track and report daily outreach, meetings, and outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel locally to meet potential partners at gyms and fitness centers.

Ability to understand and convey the value of STAMIN's offerings to fitness professionals.
